At Oceanic Prestige Charters, we strive to provide exceptional experiences. However, we understand that plans can change. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for yacht charters.

1. STANDARD CANCELLATION REFUNDS

  • Cancellations made more than [X] days before the scheduled charter date will receive a full refund, less a [X]% administrative fee.

  • Cancellations made between [X] and [X] days before the charter date are eligible for a [percentage]% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than [X] days before the charter date are non-refundable.

2. WEATHER-RELATED CANCELLATIONS

  • If the charter is canceled by the captain due to severe weather conditions, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. NO-SHOW POLICY

  • Failure to arrive at the scheduled time without prior notice is considered a "no-show" and is non-refundable.

4. REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within [X] business days of the cancellation approval.
