All guests must comply with safety instructions from the crew.

Illegal substances and excessive intoxication are prohibited on board.

Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the vessel beyond normal wear and tear.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER

Oceanic Prestige Charters is not liable for any personal injuries, lost belongings, or other damages sustained during the charter, except in cases of gross negligence.
