1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

4. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All guests must comply with safety instructions from the crew.

  • Illegal substances and excessive intoxication are prohibited on board.

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the vessel beyond normal wear and tear.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER

  • Oceanic Prestige Charters is not liable for any personal injuries, lost belongings, or other damages sustained during the charter, except in cases of gross negligence.
