1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT

All bookings are subject to availability.
A deposit of [percentage]% is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

Charters may be rescheduled or canceled without penalty in the event of severe weather deemed unsafe by the captain.

4. GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES

All guests must comply with safety instructions from the crew.
Illegal substances and excessive intoxication are prohibited on board.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the vessel beyond normal wear and tear.

5. LIABILITY WAIVER

Oceanic Prestige Charters is not liable for any personal injuries, lost belongings, or other damages sustained during the charter, except in cases of gross negligence.

6. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
